Session 4: Innovating and Optimizing Training for Physician-Scientists

Insights will be shared on shortening the MSTP time-to-degree, alternate pathways to becoming a physician-scientist, optimizing the post-graduate physician-scientist training through PSTPs, leveraging early career physician-scientist funding, and reconciling the NIGMS training grant goals of increased programming for physician-scientist career development.
